Trade Show:
I can report that the trade show is coming along great. It appears that we will SELL OUT and open the Arena Atrium for 50 additional booths. The Trade Show will be laid out as it has been in the first show. As you come through the main entrance you will walk straight into The SHOW WELCOME CENTER. This will be a state of the art Media Information Center. Vendors as well as guests will pick up their show information packet as well as General Information related to
Karting.
This year will implement a move in time schedule. Each vender will receive a load-in time. This should eliminate the bottle neck we had last year. We will have show personal on site to assist the vendors with their unloading process. On November 1st. we will open up ON-LINE Registration. You will be able to complete all Pre-registration including a full array of payment options on line.
On-Site Productions:
Jared Redman and his team have made huge progress in planning the racing portion of the event. Since we have been certified by the state and have huge plans to bring you the WILDEST Indoor Fireworks Show ever presented in the Southeast.

On the live entertainment pre-race show, Jared has invited one of Charlotte's finest show bands with a guest appearance from one of Nashville's greatest artists. On Saturday night's show we will be honored to present one of Nashville's newest female artists. This Christian/Country young lady will steal you hearts as she performs prior to our main events. Thanks Jared for a great job lining up our top shelf entertainment.
In Closing:
We are working with The Unlimited Two-Cycle All-Stars again to bring you their outstanding show again this year. They will be the headliner for the 2011 racing portion of this huge event.
